    AMEN!!

  2. It sad how we as Christians can mentally delete scriptural lessons when we want to jump on the bandwagon of finger pointing. Its so easy to get lost in believing that everything in the universe revolves around ourselves and our decisions, which translates to everything being the fault of our choices. The life of Job, a blameless man who meets great misfortune because of a purpose greater than himself, is so easily forgotten amid people declaring this is a sign of judgement. When will we as a people learn that disasters such as these are not to display God’s wrath, but to give His people the opportunity to show His love and power in their selfless response? The call of this event is not for the people of the Eastern coasts to step up, but for our nations to rise up to care for their fellow man.

Well said! “The call of this event is not for the people of the Eastern coasts to step up, but for our nations to rise up to care for their fellow man.”
    Thank you very much.
